Simon Alex is a music producer, manager, consultant and owner of Fly ATVR. His successful career behind the scenes follows his break through and consecutive years as a teenage EDM sensation.
Clearly, talent grew fast with Simon. He was only 15 when he established himself as part of the international EDM scene, earning quick support from many top DJs such as Tiesto, Martin Garrix, Hardwell, and Swedish House Mafia member, Steve Angello. Steve even took Simon under his wing during those days.
Alex wanted to bring his music work to a more pop-themed level, as well as turning his hand to hip-hop, indie and jazz. As he honed his skills, he also took a year at New York’s University’s prestigious Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music, but Alex dropped out eventually and immediately began managing the, at the time, 12-year-old rapper Bouba Savage. Working closely with Bouba, he helped to develop the rapper’s standout career.
At this time, he also continued to build his label, Fly ATVR, further, leading to partnerships of his artist with big brand names such as Nike, Footlocker and Helmut Lang. Simon also later added Max Lord, Gezin, and Andre Manta to his management roster. So even though the brand officially launched in 2020, Fly AVTR is already in association with popular names and success stories. Having worked with top brands and acts at these early stages, Fly AVTR have set the bar for the future.
