From managing superstars like Lil Pump and Smokepurpp to releasing his own music – Babywock has come a long way. Here’s why the fully independent artist is destined to succeed.
There’s so many things that make a successful artists. All too often, it’s not the talent that makes a career. Often, talent isn’t anything else but what it is, just talent.
It takes an eye for the bigger picture, an understanding for a commercial mindset, promotion, the industry and networking to build a solid career.
Most artists either underestimate the processes beside the creative one behind success, others try to do it all themselves and kill their muse, or simply their time.
That’s why leading labels is still an important business, why artists still need the backbone and support of a label that has their best interests.
Babywock has always been one of those strong figures. He started managing Lil Pump and Smokepurpp in 2016 and has helped plenty of other artists to success. After taking a step back from management, he has now come back to release music as an artist for the first time, signing as the first artist for his freshly founded label Wock World Records, LLC.
He is finally concentrating to put all the love and effort he spent on other artist’s careers on his own and his first releases have been welcomed with nothing but love.
A figure that has impacted so many people in the scene in such great ways, is now calling it his time to shine.
And it’s well deserved. His songs are personal and expose a very different side of the business man. The creative mind of the people , or in this case, the man, behind the scenes is often heavily underrated. It takes a strong ability to create a clear vision to layout a creative career.
This time, it’s fully used on the art.
After the couple of single tracks, we are now looking forward to more to come. Hopefully we will be rewarded with a full body of work, telling us more about Babywock’s story in the industry.
We want it, he deserves it.
